Description Of Work: Bartlett's installed a complete new asphalt shingle roof on my home in Hudson Florida.
 
Member Comments:  Bartlett's did the entire job without us ever meeting in person. Debbie was a pleasure to deal with. Their price was just slightly higher than a couple of other good quotes I received, but it included any additional plywood that may have turned out to be needed. Most others would have charged on a per sheet price after the first 2 sheets. I never did ask how many sheets were actually needed in total, but it was nice to not have to worry about that aspect of the job.

Bartlett's didn't require a downpayment before starting work. They took care of all the permitting and inspections and made sure the insurance company was in the loop so I'd get the proper discounts after installing the 130MPH rated roofing. They performed the work as scheduled, cleaned up after themselves, and did a very nice job overall. No complaints, and I highly recommend them...
